Founder & Clinical Director

I have worked in the anxiety field for years, helping hundreds of women heal naturally so they can live with calm confidence instead of constant worry. My work blends mind and body approaches to healing. With training as both a therapist and functional medicine practitioner, I offer a holistic experience that supports mental, emotional, and physical balance. I use CBT, DBT, somatic practices, EMDR, breathwork, yoga, and functional medicine testing to help clients find lasting freedom from anxiety.

Nicole Pitt

Individual Therapy

Social worker, psychotherapist, educator, and author with over 25 years in the field. I offer inclusive, trauma-informed care grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness.

My work supports individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the Deaf and hard-of-hearing communities, with a focus on accessibility, cultural competence, and sexual wellness.

As a psychotherapist with years of experience as a Social Worker, I create safe, compassionate spaces where you feel heard and valued.

Doaa Mahrous

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario with formal training in CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I have extensive experience supporting both adults and teens as they navigate trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation. My approach is rooted in meeting clients where they are and tailoring therapy to their unique needs and pace.

I have a particular focus on helping individuals manage anxiety, heal from painful relationship experiences, and build stronger, healthier connections with themselves and others.

Karah Kirkland

I’m a registered social worker and therapist with 30 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. My work has spanned child welfare, adolescent mental health, and family health care. Since 2011, I have focused on therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

I am trained in CBT, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and I often use mindfulness and relaxation strategies. My approach is practical and collaborative, helping clients find clear steps forward.
